Pinterest Recipe: Croissant Rolls

Last night we made it home from Thanksgiving vacation (and SO glad to be home!) and I needed a quick and easy dinner–so we wouldn’t have to go out to eat AGAIN.

During a McDonald’s break, I looked up my recipe board on Pinterest, and found this recipe for Croissant Rolls.  We had ham and cheese in the fridge, and a roll of crescent dough. Perfect!

So when we got home, I preheated the oven while DH brought in the bags. I cut the cheese we had in the fridge, put it with some ham slices, rolled them up. Viola, dinner! I microwaved some peas to go with them, and everyone was happy to have dinner at home. This is definitely an easy weeknight (or after vacation) dinner.
