Well I didn’t do great yesterday. Not bad, but since my parents are visiting we went out to eat. I are healthy mainly whole foods, but I’m not sure how much of it (sauce, grape leaves, etc) may have included processed ingredients.
I made up for it this morning though. I made crock pot banana coconut steel cut oats, and they were YUMMY! I’ll definitely have to make them again. Actually, there were lots of leftovers (convincing my hubby to eat steel cut oats, no matter how much they smell like banana bread, just isn’t happening) so I’ll get to have them again soon! I didn’t take a picture because they really don’t look like much. If I could convey smells in my blog, I would share a sample here!
We’re going out for lunch again today, but to a place with whole food ingredients. And dinner … well, who knows at this point. We’re going to have to do grocery shopping for that.
