I’ve decided eating only unprocessed food is unrealistic for me. If nothing else, I think minimally processed food is a blessing that makes my hectic day easier.
My other goals this month are easier. Lighting a candle every day, for a little while, is blessing my home. (And I get to order more candles through our MOPS fundraiser!)
I have more challenging goals through #HelloMornings 21Days to a more disciplined life challenge. My new habit for that is to be dressed to shoes by 7 every day. I have to admit, I had to stop writing to get dressed, but the goal is going well. My mega project is to organize the pantry. I really don’t think this will take 3 weeks, so I didn’t feel to bad when I ran out of time to complete yesterday’s step.
All in all, I feel pretty good about my goals right now.
